Last weekend, I made cinnamon rolls for the first time. I searched for a quick recipe and found one that did not require yeast. They were buttermilk cinnamon rolls, and despite the fact that I decided to make them even though I did not have buttermilk, they turned out delicious. I substituted nonfat plain yogurt for the buttermilk. I told S that I would have to try them again with buttermilk and he said he thought we should keep them exactly the same next time. So I guess they were a success!
