I love cookies.

The other day, I made oatmeal chocolate chip cookies with a new recipe. (Skipped the raisons though...ick.) It requires no eggs and the recipe is now one of my two favorite cookie recipes. They have a fabulous buttery flavor. My other favorite is World Peace Cookies. I wish I could eat one of the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies right now, but sadly the ones I froze are in our freezer in Québec, not in Montréal where we are currently.

By the way, did you know you can freeze cookie dough? I learned last year from my friend L, who also introduced me to World Peace cookies. (Thank you again, L, for both!) It is SO fun to be able to pull frozen uncooked cookies out of your freezer and have fresh-out-of-the-oven homemade cookies in 15 minutes. Freezing cookies has changed my whole relationship with cookies; I love making cookies and eating them and now bake cookies way more often. :)

PS. If you have any amazing cookie recipes, please feel free to send them my way...
