@ The Turner's and accordionsandlace: Yeah, for some reason, I had never had savory sweet potatoes. Well, maybe I had had sweet potato fries once or twice somewhere, but other than that, I only ate sweet potatos at Thanksgiving and Christmas in a sweet dish. But....doing them savory as a regular thing with cumin and chili powder and whatnot? Yum. Though S does not like them too much, so they will probably mostly be lunch food for me. :)
We've been eating sweet potato and cheddar quesadillas. Even the kiddo-s think they're yummy!
